Guitar uses heavy distorted type sound. Apparently they play this song in
Drop - D tuning (DADGBE) but this version works and gives the same
effect over all. Dont linger on notes as on the record they play very
sharply with tight note cut-offs (And i'm not talking about trousers), or at
least they do near the begining but by the end it dosent really matter as
long as you can hear the chords.In case anyone is interested this version
is in E.In the chorus when the chords are, there is actually a pretty constant
stream of notes but I have written this to economise on that.
This version sounds a bit high when compared to original but it should
sound right again with a suitably heavy bass part added onto it. The
timing isnt too acurate on this so you may have to feel your way with
the record to get a good degree of acuracy. Standard tuning
