An absolutely spectacular song and one of the greatest live performances I have seen. I've tried to give a feel of the added notes but you really need the choir, hammond organ, effects pedal and a very large band to pull it off... This will do for solo guitar. Note a couple of wierd chords, both in the bridge:
B(dim5) 223442 (Can sound chunky on guitar. Originally on organ. A good thing to do is take away/add the finger on the D string every beat)
A#maj7 xx9876
Also - nearly every B chord is played as B/F# - Ie, just pluck the 6th string when in the bar chord.
Apart from that it should be fine, no capo or anything needed.
